Our Team


Tessa is an experienced paediatric occupational therapist, with a passion for seeing children, families and communities work together to achieve goals, as she believes this is essential to support continued growth outside the therapy space. Tessa thrives off making therapy sessions fun and works to involve a child’s strengths and interests in sessions, to promote optimal engagement. Tessa has extensive knowledge in play-based learning and is passionate about equipping families with practical tools to take home to implement on a day-to-day basis. Tessa has experience working with little people, toddlers, primary schoolers, and young teenagers with an array of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sensory Processing Differences and an array of other functional and behavioural challenges.

Outside of work Tessa likes spending time with her family, travelling and cooking.

Jaiden is a senior occupational therapist with a passion for building positive relationships with children and their families. Jaiden enjoys working collaboratively with families and education providers to deliver evidence-based interventions, to support children to reach their potential. Jaiden finds creative ways to play and and is a fun, energetic and innovative therapist.
Jaiden has worked with children of all ages and has a special interest in early intervention. She has experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), sensory processing differences, feeding skills, social and emotional skills, fine motor and handwriting skills, self-care and toileting skills. Jaiden has additional training and experience in:
  • The SOS (Sequential, Oral, Sensory) Approach to Feeding
  • Infant Sense Integration Training: Sensory Integration, Relationships and Self-regulation in Infants and Toddlers
  • Zones of Regulation
    Outside of work Jaiden likes spending time outdoors with her family, playing sport and exploring new places to eat.

Taryn considers herself to be a dynamic occupational therapist, who is passionate about working with children and families to overcome barriers, enabling clients to achieve their unique set of goals, and supporting clients to reach their potential. Taryn employs innovative and evidence-based interventions and incorporates the values of each individual into therapy sessions, with the objective of supporting every person she works with to achieve their goals. Taryn has extensive experience working with children who have Sensory Processing Differences, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), Down Syndrome, motor performance difficulties, toileting difficulties and various other developmental, social and behavioural difficulties.
Outside of work Taryn enjoys surfing & spending time with her family at the beach.

With over 20 years experience as an OT, Michelle is passionate about helping children and adolescents to reach their potential, by working through barriers, focusing on strengths and building new skills. She works collaboratively with families and education providers to support and sustain positive outcomes for the child.
She has experience across a range of areas including physical rehabilitation and child and youth mental health. Michelle has an interest in neurodiversity and has completed further studies in this area (Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies). She uses creative and playful ways to engage children and enjoys bringing the benefits of nature to therapy. This may be by bringing therapy sessions outdoors, using nature as a therapy medium (e.g. sensory activities) or developing nature-inspired relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
Outside of work Michelle likes to spend time outdoors, mountain biking, reading and travelling.

Georgina holds a ​​Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (majoring in Exercise Science, Psychology and Family Studies). Georgina is passionate about  supporting and empowering children, adolescents and their families to reach goals in a collaborative, fun, neuro-affirming, and positive environment. Georgina uses a holistic approach to provide the best possible opportunities for children to build confidence, independence and enjoyment within their daily occupations.

Georgina has experience working with children of all ages and has supported children with ASD, ADHD, GDD and sensory processing differences. Georgina is knowledgeable in supporting a child’s development in a range of functional skills including social skills, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, handwriting, and self-care skills.

Georgina’s has additional training and experience in:

  • ‘Learn to Play Therapy’ Course – Karen Stagnitti
  • ‘Collaborative and Proactive Solutions Training’ (CPS) – Dr Ross Greene

Outside of work Georgina likes spending time outdoors, spending time with friends, travelling and playing sports.

Samira is a high calibre, positive and friendly physiotherapist. She brings 20 years of experience working in paediatrics. In addition to helping children with physical, neurological and respiratory conditions, Samira has a special interest in treating children with Autism (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to reach their optimum function at home and school. Hydrotherapy and other evidence based treatments are used to help her clients. She holds a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy and is presently completing a Masters degree in advanced Physiotherapy practice in paediatrics at Monash University.
Outside of work Samira likes going to the gym, hanging with friends and studying.

Justin is our practice manager. He ensures all of our clients and their families are well looked after and manages our therapists’ day-to-day tasks. With extensive experience in management, Justin is passionate about making things as stress-free and efficient as possible for everyone. He is a self-proclaimed ‘pragmatic optimist’, and he likes to believe the best of people, while maintaining a practical approach to his management style.
Outside of work Justin enjoys playing Golf, travelling and spending time with his family.
